French? Yeah, I could see that. Interesting. I was hoping to link either her or A.P. (wonder what that's short for?) to someone in Pleasantview, but I haven't found anyone so far. Ideas? I am keen on linking the Brokes to Mary Melons (or Mike Steel?) somehow, though.

I also want to find somewhere for Chris and Melissa Roomies from TS1. I figure they'd only be toddlers.

I have A.P pegged as a military man named Arthur Pendragon by his hippie-esque parents. He's a bit of a disciplinarian, a complete reaction against an upbringing that he felt was too lax, which is why Lyla toes the line and inevitably ends up with someone like Daddy and three kids, despite her Romance asp. Perhaps A.P. could be a relative of the non-conformist Goths. It would certainly explain why he chose a military life to distance himself.

I like the Melons- Broke connection, perhaps Mary Melons could be Buck Broke's sister? It would be amusing as he then marries someone with the same name as his sister.

Could Chris Roomies be related to the Hoglegs? And Melissa to the Dreamers? I'm not really an expert as I never played so not sure whether that fits with their stories.

And maybe Ginia Kat as a cousin of Cornelia and Agnes Crumplebottom?/

Hmm, I don't think I want to expand the Goth family on the Goth side, but maybe on the Crumplebottom side... Or perhaps I could use Fria Goth somehow.

Mary Melons is actually a generation above Buck, Flat and Flo, who'd just be teens or children at this point. TS3 messed this one up badly. How can Skip be a child, when Brandi's parents are still teenagers? Maybe she's the sister of Buck and Flat's mother, though?

I think I have an idea of what to do with Melissa. According to the Wiki (lol), her last name was set to Smith in one of the console games, while Chris' last name is Jones, so I might use that for something.

Ginia Kat is going to be Tara Kat's future mother, but she appears to already be an elder in TS1, so that doesn't quite match up. I might ignore her TS1 age and make her closer to Mortimer's age.

I like the idea of linking up families like this. In fact, I've decided that Eurydice Salamis was actually nee Caliente and was Nestor's sister. That'd make Circe the second cousin of Dina and Nina and it certainly makes sense with their colouring, right?

I have my own story reasons for this, also, but I won't go into any details. ;)

Vandermorgan makes me think "old money," like those families who built their "summer cottages" in Newport, Rhode Island during the "Gilded Age." So, I guess that could mean the Goths in Pleasantview or maybe the Landgrabbs of BlueWater Village? (Can't recall any other "old money" families from the game).

Like strange_tomato's idea about Circe's Salamis side of the family. Looking forward to see where you both take it. The same for your above family tree.

Yeah, perhaps. I'm not including anyone from any other hoods than Pleasantview, Strangetown, and assorted TS1 sims for now, though, so no Landgraabs I'm afraid. Not because I don't want to, but the project would quickly grow way out of hand if I did. :P

I like that too, she has the same hair/skin combination as Nina, plus it gives opportunity for delicious conspiracy theories.

PS: I forgot that the Capps and Montys have an extensive amount of ancestors.
