RBH/Académie Le Tour: O'Feefe (R5)

Delilah O'Feefe is a freshman at Académie Le Tour. The idea of living in a dorm never appealed to her, and so she's rented her own, little house. She's an artist and aspiring architect who REALLY loves yellow, and her decór reflects that...

Her house before:

After:

Working on a charisma point before class.

Delilah visits the park/community centre in Riverblossom Hills...

Back at college. Edwin Sharpe and Delilah are good friends, and Delilah knows that he is quite smitten with her, but she's not really interested in anything more than a friendship with him; perhaps with benefits...

Working on an assignment before bed...

Breakfast.

Her painting skills still need work.

Exam time!

The kitchen-solution is really neat, all around it's a really cute makeover. :)

Thanks. :) The kitchen is my favourite part, too!

I totaly felt in love with your makeovers! :)
I hope that I would have the creativity for that ...
When I see that I become interested in playing the original families, too.
Very nice job! :)

Thank you very much. :) I think the pre-made families are a lot of fun and definitely worth a try, but of course, people enjoy different things. :)

I just looved this makeover! I've been enjoying all them, too :D

I love the makeovers, I have a feeling that her favorite color is yellow? ;P

Now I feel stupid for not seeing that you already mentioned her love for that color, I'm obviously not the most perceptive person on this planet... =P

Hah, no worries! It's actually in her bio. :)

"Deliah is aloof and sticks to her own "kind." She prefers paintings to people and loves the color yellow."

Thank you!

Very cute :) I'm really, really, really (!!) enjoying your updates - makeovers, new houses, RBH sims - but haven't had the energy to comment :)

Aww, thank you! :) I know what you mean about energy, sometimes you just want to relax and look at the pictures! But I'm happy you've enjoyed my updates. :)

I have probably played Delilah more than any other college Sim because I always started with single Sims in homes, then dorms, etc. whenever I played Maxis Mades, and then would move up to two Sims, then three, and so on. I almost never played the frats/sororities because the requirements to make them successful kind of scared me. Anyway, what I am trying to say is I am very familiar with this house and I think you did a very nice job with it. I particularly like that you expanded the balcony, I don't understand step-up balconies in real life and they make even less sense in The Sims games given how easy it is for them to get stuck somewhere even when they are by themselves (I have had it happen too many times that a Sim turned around in a corner and then couldn't get out.)

Thank you. :) The tiny balconies are very useless in The Sims. At least now she can actually go out there and sit in the sun.

I'm not sure what college sims I've played the most... Possibly Stella Terrano. I've played Delilah at least two or three times before, although only one of those is documented on my LJ. :P I never really bothered with making the greek houses successful. It's more a thing you can do if you want, but the sims themselves don't really care much, so if you want you can just play it like a regular house.

I love her little house, especially all of the yellow! Do you assign favorite colors to your sims, or did something else make you pick yellow for her? It looks like she's having a great time in college!

Thank you. :) I do have a tendency to colour-theme my sims (it's easier that way!), but this one one was all EAxis - yellow being her favourite colour is in her bio. I quoted it in one of the comments above. :)

Her makeover is perfection!! :3 And what a total improvement from where her home was before to how it looks now!

Wow, the house actually looks fun, now!

I've never bothered to give makeovers to her house but you made it look wonderful! :) I totally should play more with uni pre-mades...

Thank you! :) I'd love to see what you do with the Uni premades... :)

Neat that you actually found a nice use for those uni counters. I've never used them and yet you managed to make them work wonderfully for her house. I also like the little touch of the shelf cluttered with bowls and cups in her kitchen. Very cute!

Thanks! :) I never use those counters either, so it was nice to find a chance to do so.

She looks very cute and I love what you have done with her house.
